Ingredients:
- peanuts -1/2 cup
- cornflakes -2 cups
- cashew nuts-20 to 25
- turmeric powder -2tsp
- salt to taste
- sugar -1tbsp
- chilli powder -2tsp
- mustard seeds -1/2tsp
- curry leaves -10 to 12 leaves
- raisins -20 to 25
- oil
Method:
- In a wok,deep fry peanuts and cornflakes separately. Keep it aside.
- Leave approximately 2 tbsp oil in the work, fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, raisins and cashewnuts.
- Off the fire, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Stir well.
- Add fried peanuts and cornflakes. Mix it well.
- Ready to munch. :)
