Dry shrimps - 2 tbsp (soaked)
Red chilli padi - 6
Shallots - 4 pcs
Garlic - 6 pcs
Assam jawa - 1 tbsp (without the seeds)
Oil
Mee hun - 200g (soaked n set aside once soft)
Chicken marinate with salt n pepper
Taufu cut in squares - 2 squares
Cabbage & carrot - thinly sliced
Limau purut leaves- 2 sliced
Mixed sauce - Oyster sauce, light soya sauce,sesame oil, a pinch of salt, chili sauce, and tomato sauce
Method:
- Blend ingredient A and keep aside.
- Pour enough oil in a pan, stir fry the blended ingredients till fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir well in a medium low heat.
- Once mixture is well combined, add noodles and stir well.
- Add mixed sauce and stir well.
- Add vegetables and taufu and stir till well combine.
- Add in limau purut leaves.
- Ready to serve.
