- Method of learning: listening, writing, reading.
What are my values?
This is a mirror test. What kind of person do I want to see in the mirror in the morning?
Organization ,like people, have values. to be effective in an organization, a persons value must be compatible with the organization's values.
Where do I belong?
Highly gifted people do not really know where they belonged until they are mid-twenties.
What should I contribute?
Contain three elements: What does the situation require? How can I make the greatest contribution to what needs to be done? What results have to be achieved to make a difference?
Responsibility for Relationships
Managing yourself requires taking responsibility for relationships.
- To accept the fact that other people are as much individuals as you yourself are.
- Is taking responsibility for communication.
Begin a second career.
- To start one.
- Develop a parallel career.(A non-profit organization, social entrepreneurs)
- To develop it early.(Before 40)
- A second major interest becomes a plus point when tragedies occur.
