Gam Heong Prawn


  • curry leaves
  • garlic
  • onion
  • chilli
  • dries shrimp
  • prawn
  • flour
  • curry powder
  1. chop dried shrimp, chilli and dried shrimp
  2. Chop garlic and onion
  3. Marinate prawn with shaoxing wine and pepper
  4. Mix curry powder, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little bit of water.

  1. Coat prawn with flour, deep fry till brown and keep aside.
  2. Stir fry  garlic and onion,
  3. Add in chopped ingredients.
  4. Add in prawn and toss evenly.
  5. Add in sauce mixture, toss till all prawns are coated with sauce.
