Peanut Butter Cookies













Ingredient:
  • Butter 170g
  • Brown Sugar 105g
  • White Sugar 100g
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla Extract 1tsp
  • Peanut Butter 185g
  • Flour 260g
  • Baking Soda 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • chopped peanut/ chocolate chip 85g


Method:
  1. Beat butter till smooth.
  2. Add both sugar, beat till light and fullfy for 2-3min.
  3. Add peanut butter, beat till all incorporate.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, beat till all incorporate.
  5. Beat in shifted flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Chill the batter for 20-30 mins.
  7. 170 Deg C for 10 min.

White Radish Cabbage Soup







INGREDIENTS:
  • Red Dates
  • Wolfberries
  • White Radish
  • Chinese Cabbage
  • Chicken Bone
  • Anchovies
  • Dried Lala
  • Dried Osyter
METHOD:
  1. Cut cabbage to small pcs.
  2. Cut white radish into medium thick slices
  3. Wash all ingredients.
  4. Fry chicken, dried lala and oyster with 2 tbs oil.
  5. Add water and bring it to boil.
  6. Place anchovies into a teabag , then into the pot. Simmer for 30 minits.
  7. Add in white radish and boil, simmer for 20 mins.
  8. Add in cabbage, boil till the cabbage is cooked.
  9. Add in red dates and wolfberries, simmer for 5 mins.
