INGREDIENTS:
- Red Dates
- Wolfberries
- White Radish
- Chinese Cabbage
- Chicken Bone
- Anchovies
- Dried Lala
- Dried Osyter
METHOD:
- Cut cabbage to small pcs.
- Cut white radish into medium thick slices
- Wash all ingredients.
- Fry chicken, dried lala and oyster with 2 tbs oil.
- Add water and bring it to boil.
- Place anchovies into a teabag , then into the pot. Simmer for 30 minits.
- Add in white radish and boil, simmer for 20 mins.
- Add in cabbage, boil till the cabbage is cooked.
- Add in red dates and wolfberries, simmer for 5 mins.
