Ingredient:
- Butter 170g
- Brown Sugar 105g
- White Sugar 100g
- Egg 1
- Vanilla Extract 1tsp
- Peanut Butter 185g
- Flour 260g
- Baking Soda 1/2tsp
- Salt 1/4tsp
- chopped peanut/ chocolate chip 85g
Method:
- Beat butter till smooth.
- Add both sugar, beat till light and fullfy for 2-3min.
- Add peanut butter, beat till all incorporate.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, beat till all incorporate.
- Beat in shifted flour, baking soda and salt.
- Chill the batter for 20-30 mins.
- 170 Deg C for 10 min.
