- 125g butter
- 150g flour
- 15g corn flour
- 45 caster sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 50g fine grounded almond
Method:
- Use K-beater to beat butter and sugar till light and smooth.
- Fold in all the ingredients.
- Store in fridge to harden the dough.
- Then, shape the dough as desire.
- Bake it for 30-35 min at 160 deg C.
