INGREDIENTS:
- curry leaves
- garlic
- onion
- chilli
- dries shrimp
- prawn
- flour
- curry powder
PREPARATION:
- chop dried shrimp, chilli and dried shrimp
- Chop garlic and onion
- Marinate prawn with shaoxing wine and pepper
- Mix curry powder, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little bit of water.
METHOD:
- Coat prawn with flour, deep fry till brown and keep aside.
- Stir fry garlic and onion,
- Add in chopped ingredients.
- Add in prawn and toss evenly.
- Add in sauce mixture, toss till all prawns are coated with sauce.
