Eggless Almond Cookies

  • 125g butter
  • 150g flour
  • 15g corn flour
  • 45 caster sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 50g  fine grounded almond

  1. Use K-beater to beat butter and sugar till light and smooth.
  2. Fold in all the ingredients.
  3. Store in fridge to harden the dough.
  4. Then, shape the dough as desire.
  5. Bake it for 30-35 min at 160 deg C.
