Parnship Soup

We bought parnship and it was in the refrigerator more than a week. I too weren't feeling well, wanted to have a simple and soothing meal. This soup came out pretty well and I luv it.





Ingredients:
Parnship, thinly sliced
butter
onion
garlic
Chilli powder
Masala Curry Powder
fenugreek seed
water
milk


1. Lightly saute onion, garlic and parnsip with butter.
2. Then, add chili powder, curry powder and fenugreek seeds.
3. Stir it well till cook.
4. Add water and let it to boil.
5. Once, it is soft. Add milk as require and bring to boil again.
6. Blend the soup till smooth.
7. It is ready to serve.
